Vox Audio Visual

SMS Messaging Policy

Last updated 2026-05-28.

Who we are

Vox Audio Visual (“Vox”) is an audio-visual systems integrator. Mission Control is our internal workspace tool used by the Vox team and, in some cases, by prospective customers who have submitted an enquiry through our website.

What messages we send

We send transactional SMS only. There is no marketing, no promotions, no automated drip campaigns. Messages fall into two categories:

  • Account verification codes. One-time 6-digit codes confirming you own the mobile number you entered.
  • Project notifications. Time-sensitive updates about a specific project or enquiry you initiated: for example, scheduling confirmations, status changes, or follow-ups from your Vox contact.

How you opt in

We never send SMS without explicit, affirmative consent. There are exactly two paths:

  1. Public enquiry form. When you submit an enquiry at voxaudiovisual.com/start, you can tick the “I agree to receive SMS” checkbox next to your phone number. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting without it = no SMS will be sent to you.
  2. Vox staff settings page.Vox employees opt in by entering their mobile number on Mission Control's Settings → Notifications page (authenticated, internal only) and confirming a 6-digit verification code sent to that number.

Frequency

Low. Typical recipients receive zero to a few messages per week, only when an event affects their specific project or account. Total program volume across all recipients is in the low hundreds of messages per month.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply, per your carrier's terms. Vox does not charge a separate fee for messaging.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any SMS we send. You will receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in later, reply START, or re-enter your number through either of the two opt-in paths above.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any SMS we send for assistance, or contact us directly:
